Terms

This is the agreement between your business and PostDori. We have kept it short and written it the way we would explain it out loud.

The short version

You give PostDori permission to post to your social accounts. PostDori writes posts and publishes them on the schedule you approve. You stay responsible for what goes out under your name. Either side can end this at any time.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and have the authority to act for the business whose accounts you connect. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

Your content, and who is responsible for it

Everything you upload or write stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and publish it to the accounts you connected — that is all, and only so we can run the service for you.

PostDori drafts posts with AI. You are responsible for what is published under your business's name, including anything the AI wrote. Read posts before approving them. Do not use PostDori to publish anything unlawful, misleading about price or availability, or that infringes someone else's rights.

What the AI will and will not do

The assistant can draft, edit, schedule and organise posts. It cannot change your brand settings, connect or disconnect social accounts, invite or remove people, or make a payment. Before it deletes or cancels anything it asks you first, every time, and the answer is recorded.

AI output is not always right. It can get a date, a price or a fact wrong, and it does not know anything about your business that you have not told it.

Facebook and Instagram

PostDori publishes through Meta's official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms as well as these. Meta can change their rules, rate limits or permissions at any time, and that can stop posts going out through no fault of ours — Instagram, for example, allows only 50 published posts in any 24 hours per account.

We do not scrape, automate logins, or use anything other than the official APIs, and we ask only for the permissions the product actually needs.

What we promise, and what we do not

We will try hard to publish your posts on time. We cannot promise the service is never interrupted, that every post always reaches the platform, or that the results will be good. A post can fail because a token expired, a platform rejected it, or an image was unreachable — when that happens we tell you and we tell you why.

PostDori is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost followers or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Payment

PostDori is in beta and free while it is. When paid plans begin, we will tell you the price before it applies to you and you will have to agree to it. We will never start charging a card without asking.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting your workspace. We can suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the platforms' rules, and we will say why. On the way out you can export your content, and what we delete is described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. If any part of this is unenforceable, the rest still stands.

This document was drafted by the people who built PostDori, so that it describes what the software genuinely does rather than what a template assumes. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Before PostDori takes payment or serves users outside a private beta, it needs that review.
